Yes you can use other paid blogging services on the same blog that you do PayPerPost... just make sure you are aware of the TOS of each service so there are no conflicts...

I've used Blogitive, Blogsvertise, V7N, Loudlaunch, PPP, and Sponsored Reviews from this list... I'm signed up with Smorty but I haven't used them yet...

I know people that have use PayU2Blog and really like it and I keep meaning to get signed up with them... the thing that turns me off about them is that I won't be able to choose which things I'd like to write about... I'm still thinking that one over...

Lots of people have tried it... I don't know what you consider a "reasonable" amount of income... I know one lady (Colleen) that made $12,000 blogging this past year with PayPerPost and I know several other people that made $10,000 and close to it... as for myself, I don't make as much as I could because I don't blog every day, paid or otherwise...
