Have you ever known a font fanatic? I have known several and there was a point in my web development career that I was a font fanatic myself. I was so much of a fanatic I considered myself to be a font addict! I had fonts galore and several tools with which to view the fonts to see how each one would look. When I got my new computer I decided I was not going to go as crazy with fonts so I just didn't download them by the dozens as I had before. I thought I had kicked my font habit. Kicked it that is, until I found UrbanFonts.com.
UrbanFonts.com is a new site that offers over 8,000 free fonts and dingbats for download. Did you hear that web designers and bloggers? 8,000 free fonts and dingbats! These 8000 free fonts are not solely for PC's, so whether you use a PC or a Mac I believe you have really hit the jackpot here.
Not only does UrbanFonts offer 8000 free fonts and dingbats but they have created a community just for font fanatics. I suppose there are about as many communities on the web as there web surfers with interests, and now even font fanatics have their own community. Yay!
I have to wrap this up now because I'm headed over to UrbanFonts.com to download dozens of free fonts! Here we go again! :)
